Our business is focused on the South Wales market.  Based on our understanding of the dynamics of the area and our knowledge of investment strategies we tend to separate our approach into two broad areas.  Firstly, shared housing (more formally referred to as HMO’s) in the main cities along the M4 corridor, particularly Newport, Cardiff and Swansea where the populations are increasing. Secondly flips or single lets in selected areas of the valleys.
